First, we appreciate your excellent choice of compostable diapers. It is our commitment to provide you the best possible products and service.

Second, in our continuing effort to provide excellent service, we are upgrading to give you online access to your own diaper account. This new system offers better, faster communication and rapid access to products and services. Tiny Tots Diaper Service is pleased to introduce myTinyTots!

Here’s what you can expect with your new account access (myService):

  • manage your delivery — including delivery changes and holds
  • make changes to your standing order
  • purchase product and services
  • get information and prompt communication for all your diapering questions

Step One:
Go online to my.tinytots.com and become familiar with myTinyTots. (You are here already!)

Step Two:
Select myService to activate your account. You will need your 5-digit customer number and the last name on your account. Follow the prompts to activate your account.

myService will always be accessible through the navigation menu above.

Note: myService access is for Compost-only customers at this time.

The “Getting Started” page (under the Support tab) outlines all the basic info needed to start. Additionally, our FAQ section (choose Compost FAQ when you get to the FAQ page) fills in many details about your myTinyTots account.
