What is myService?

myService is the portion of myTinyTots where you can manage your Diaper Service account. Need to make a change for next week, done. Going on vacation and want us to hold a delivery, done. Want to increase the amount of diapers you receive, done. Your Tiny Tots Diaper Service account is now available with the tap of a finger or click of a mouse.

How do I obtain access to my online account?

Your myService account must be activated before you can sign in. You will be notified by our staff once you can activate your account, but it is usually once your regular deliveries have begun. From the myService Account Login page, choose “Activate your account” and be ready to provide your 5-digit customer number and last name. After your account is located, you will be able to verify your email address and set up a password.

Where do I find my customer account number?

The account number is the large 5-digit number on the label on your delivery package. It is also on a packing slip with your delivery. Still don’t see it? Give us a call at 1-408-866-2900.

How do I manage my account through myService?

With your personal online myService account, you are able to adjust upcoming deliveries by adding or changing products or scheduling pick up changes. You are also able to see your invoiced account balance, make adjustments to your personal information (email, phone, etc.), and easily contact the office via phone or email.

What does my account home page tell me?

Lots! Your regular delivery days show as calendar pages including day and date of next deliveries. What you will be receiving on those days is listed with each service day. It also has an account summary of your current invoiced balance, posted payments, and total due.

How do I change my upcoming deliveries?

You have change buttons by each calendar delivery day page: add/change items, pick up only, and skip service. “Add/change items” allows you to add whatever diapering items you may need or change the size or quantity of what you already have ordered for that day. “Pick up only” allows you to bypass receiving any items that day and signals your driver that you will have diapers out to be picked up but do not want any items delivered. “Skip service” cancels the service for that day only. (Use the “resume service” button to change back to delivery for that day.)

How do I change product quantities and sizes using myService?

You can change product quantities and sizes by increasing/decreasing the number to be delivered. For example if you want to change from 1 pack of Bambo size 3 diapers to 1 pack of Bambo size 4, you click on the product tab (in this case Compost Diapers/Training Pants), decrease the count to zero on the size 3 and up the count to 1 for the size 4. Save changes and you’re done.

I need the same stuff every week. How does that work?

This is your “standing order”. You set what diapers and other supplies you receive and what the frequency is (weekly, biweekly, every 3 weeks, etc.), thus allowing you to take advantage of quantity discounts. Your standing order will be reflected on your upcoming deliveries home page.

How do I change my regularly scheduled order?

Your regularly scheduled order is called your “standing order”. To make changes, click on the “Standing Order” tab and review your regularly scheduled products and delivery frequency. Then, using the menu on the left side of the page, make adjustments to your order by adding or subtracting quantity, products and delivery frequency.

How do I add or change what I want to receive?

Click on the “Standing Order” tab to add or change regularly scheduled products. Click on the “Add/Change Items” button to add or change items.

I can’t find all the products through the myService account. Where should I look?

At this time, you can access the Tiny Tots online boutique through your myService Account. In the blue banner at the top of your account, click on “Learning Center” or “Workshops”, then click on “Shop Online”. You can place your order:

  • Online through a boutique account.
  • By calling Tiny Tots Customer Service (408-866-2900) and asking the expert staff to charge your order to your myService account and deliver the items with your next scheduled delivery.

Go to the Online Store to find all the great products available through the Tiny Tots Boutique Store.

What if I don’t need a delivery this week?

Click on the “Pick Up Only” button for this week. This signals the driver that you will have soiled diapers out to be picked up and you do NOT want anything delivered. Note: The yellow banner by the calendar page lets you know the cutoff time and day for service changes for your next scheduled delivery.

When can I make changes to my delivery?

The cutoff time for delivery changes is 12:00 PM (Noon), two business days prior to your delivery day. Example: If your delivery day is Thursday, your cutoff time is 12:00 PM on Tuesday. If your delivery day is Tuesday, your cutoff time is 12:00pm on Friday.

I missed the cut off time. What other ways can I make changes?

  • Call the office at 1-408-866-2900 on a work day prior to your delivery day. Tiny Tots expert customer service staff will try to accommodate your needs. This is the best option if your request is on the day before your delivery. Phones are answered 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
  • Email us at service@tinytots.com before 12:00 PM (noon) on the work day before your delivery (not weekend days). For Monday deliveries, we need to hear from you by Friday before 12:00 PM.
  • Extra Late Notice - Leave a large note for your driver where he will see it at your normal delivery spot. This option cannot change a diaper size or add more diapers but it can prevent a delivery or pick up.
  • After hours voicemail is available. It is important to include your account number, phone number, and last name. Cell phones in bad reception areas or while moving are NOT recommended for a dependable message. After hours voice mail does NOT guarantee delivery changes will be made for the following day.
  • Consider receiving the scheduled delivery this week and making the changes for the following week.

I need a product delivered this week, but I missed the cut off time for adding.

  • Call the office (1-408-866-2900) on a work day prior to your delivery day. Tiny Tots expert customer service staff will try to accommodate your needs. This is the best option if your request is on the day before your delivery. Phones are answered 9:00am – 3:00pm Monday - Friday.

What information can I change myself through myService account?

Lots! You can change:

  • Product quantity and sizes.
  • Order additional products for regular delivery or one time only delivery.
  • Schedule pick up only, skip service, and resume service before or after a vacation or if you have too many diapers at home.
  • Set up autopay or make a one time payment on your account.
  • Add or change your email and other contact information.

Can I keep track of my payments and account balance on myService?

Yes. The Deliveries page of your myService account has your Account Summary in the upper right corner. This summary shows your currently invoiced balance, posted payments and adjustments, total due, and payment due date. From this Account Summary you can also set up autopay or make a one time payment.

Can I order from the Tiny Tots online boutique through myService?

At this time, you can access the Tiny Tots online boutique through your myService Account. (Click on “Learning Center” or “Workshops” in the top blue banner, then on “Shop Online.”) You can then order online through a boutique account or call Tiny Tots customer service (1-408-866-2900) and ask the expert staff to charge the order to your myService account and deliver the items with your next scheduled delivery.

What things do I need to call in to Tiny Tots customer service?

  • If you move, you need to call customer service at 408-866-2900. They will reschedule your service to the appropriate route. Your delivery day may or may not change depending on where you move. Check our service area
  • For Baby Boutique items not listed on the “add items” button, call Tiny Tots customer service to add to your delivery.
  • To make changes after your cut off time, call customer service.

Please know that Tiny Tots will accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.

What are the Tiny Tots customer service hours?

Our customer service staff is answering phones every Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm, at 1-408-866-2900.

We are also available through email at service@tinytots.com. Always include your 5-digit account number, phone number, and last name on the account with any email.

How do I check on previous deliveries?

The “Delivery History” tab on the left column of your account page has all your previous deliveries summarized.

How do I pay my account?

Through the “Payment” tab on the left column of your account page you can set up and manage autopay and make additional one-time payments. Tiny Tots accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

How do I change my autopay parameters?

Use the “Payment” tab on the left column to manage your autopay information and instructions. Call Tiny Tots customer service at 1-408-866-2900 with any questions about your account.

I’m moving—what do I do?

Call customer service at 1-408-866-2900 to switch your account delivery and records to your new address. Tiny Tots is able to seamlessly accommodate your diapering needs with pick up at your old address and delivery at your new address so you can focus on getting your family settled.
